    Welcome to  Simply Send , a transactional email delivery service provided by Simply Invent Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the terms under which you may access and use the  Simply Send  email delivery service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time.

     Simply Send  is designed specifically for transactional emails - emails that are triggered by a user's action with your application or service. Examples include password resets, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account updates. Marketing emails and promotional content are not permitted.

    1. Email Sending Requirements

    To maintain high deliverability and protect our sending reputation, all email sending through  Simply Send  must meet the following requirements:

    Transactional Email Only:  Simply Send  is exclusively for transactional emails that facilitate a completed transaction or update a user about an ongoing transaction. All marketing emails, newsletters, promotional content, and bulk communications are strictly prohibited.

    1.1 Sending Statistics

    Your account must maintain the following metrics:

    • Complaint Rate: Must be lower than 0.08%
    • Bounce Rate: Must be lower than 4%
    • Spam Trap Hits: Zero tolerance policy
    Accounts exceeding these thresholds may be subject to temporary suspension or termination without prior notice.

    1.2 Mailing List Requirements

    All email recipients must have provided explicit consent to receive communications from you. When sending to new contacts, you must:

    • Obtain consent through a clear opt-in process
    • Include a valid physical mailing address in all emails
    • Clearly identify yourself or your organization
    • Provide a prominent and functional unsubscribe mechanism
    • Process opt-out requests within 7 days

    2. Prohibited Content

    The following types of content are strictly prohibited in emails sent through our Service:

    • Marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content
    • Bulk email campaigns and mass mailings
    • Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
    • Illegal goods or services
    • Pharmaceutical products or supplements with unverified claims
    • Gambling, betting, or casino-related content

    • Circumvent any security measures or rate limits
    • Use the Service to send emails to harvested email addresses

    4. Account Usage

    4.1 General Restrictions

    You are prohibited from:

    • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
    • Sharing API keys or account credentials
    • Using the Service to send emails on behalf of third parties without authorization
    • Engaging in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or reputation

    4.2 Compliance with Laws

    You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

    • CAN-SPAM Act (US)
    • CASL (Canada)
    • GDPR (EU/UK)
    • ePrivacy Directive
    • Other applicable data protection and privacy laws

    5. Monitoring and Enforcement

    We reserve the right to:

    • Monitor your use of the Service for compliance with this AUP
    • Investigate any suspected violations
    • Remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP
    • Suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this AUP

    We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any violations and provide an opportunity to cure when appropriate. However, we may take immediate action without notice in cases of severe violations or threats to our infrastructure.

    6. Reporting Violations

    If you believe that another user of the Service is violating this AUP, please report it to us immediately at support@simplyinventlabs.com. Include as much detail as possible, including message headers and a description of the violation.

    We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
