If you are using a new domain to send emails, they may be categorized as spam. Never start sending at volume with a new domain - always ramp up incrementally. For SMTP, ensure the 'from' address matches your SMTP configuration.
Ensure DNS records are correct for the domain. Delete and recreate if not verified within 24 hours. We recommend updating DNS records immediately after creating the domain.
Ensure your API key is valid and has the correct permissions. If it's not working properly, please generate a new API key from your dashboard.
